2. Services Overview

IT Puff provides digital services including but not limited to:

  • Graphic Design
  • eCommerce Creatives
  • eCommerce Solutions
  • Digital Marketing
  • Website Design & Development
  • White-label B2B outsourcing

All services are subject to availability, scope agreement, and client collaboration.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information when placing an order or making an inquiry
  • Respond to requests for feedback, files, or content on time
  • Not use our services for illegal, offensive, or unethical purposes

Failure to comply may result in suspension or termination of service.

4. Payments & Refunds Policy
  • Payment must be made in full or through milestones for subscription based plans (if agreed) before work begins.
  • We accept payments via secure third-party gateways (e.g., Bank Transfer, PayPal, Payoneer).
  • Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis to ensure fairness and transparency.
  • A 100% refund will be issued if the client cancels the project before any work has commenced or if IT Puff is unable to deliver the agreed-upon service.
  • If work has already started, a partial refund may be provided based on the portion of work completed and approved up to the cancellation point.
  • For custom or long-term B2B contracts, specific payment and refund terms will be outlined in a separate written agreement.
5. Revisions & Delivery
  • Most services include unlimited revisions until final approval within the original scope of work.
  • Turnaround times are estimated and may vary based on project complexity, client responsiveness, and current workload.
  • Any scope changes or new requests may require additional time and charges.
6. Unlimited Revisions

While IT Puff offers unlimited revisions to ensure client satisfaction, this is subject to a Fair Use Policy. Revisions must remain within the original scope of the project.

We reserve the right to:

  • Limit or charge for excessive or repeated revisions that go beyond the initial brief.
  • Refuse revision requests that contradict earlier approved versions or introduce entirely new concepts without additional payment.
  • Suggest a scope upgrade or custom quote if the nature of revisions significantly alters the project requirements.

Our goal is to ensure a smooth and efficient process for all clients while maintaining fairness for both parties.

7. Intellectual Property Rights
  • All final deliverables become the client’s property upon full payment.
  • IT Puff retains the right to display the work in its portfolio unless otherwise requested (see the Confidentiality section).
8. White-Label Projects
  • We respect the confidentiality of your data and client information.
  • We don’t share or sell your personal information or project details with any third party.
  • For white-label clients, our team works as a subcontractor under NDA.
9. Portfolio Use (optional disclosure)

By default, we may showcase completed work in our portfolio. However, upon request, we will keep individual projects—or all work done under your account—strictly private.

10. Limitation of Liability

IT Puff is not liable for:

  • Loss of data, revenue, or business arising from the use of our services
  • Delays caused by client inaction, internet outages, third-party services, or unforeseen events

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific service.

We reserve the right to terminate or refuse service to any client who:

  • Violates these Terms
  • Abuses our staff or team
  • Engages in fraudulent, harmful, or unethical behavior

You may also terminate service at any time, but no refunds will be provided for work already completed.
